Meet Our Doctors
Meet Dr. Debra Carri
Dr. Carri is a graduate of Villanova University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. She then received her D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine followed by a general practice residency at the West Jersey Health System.
Dr. Carri returned to the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate Program in Endodontics where she received a specialty certificate in Endodontics.
Dr. Carri is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, and the Delaware State Dental Society.
Meet Dr. Donald Liu
Dr. Donald Liu completed his bachelor’s degree in Biology from New York University. He then earned his D.M.D. degree and a specialty certificate in Endodontics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. In 2001, he had an opportunity to join his classmate, now current business partner Dr. Carri, in practice and both have been serving communities in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Dr. Liu served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Penn for more than a decade where he instructed both dental students and endodontic residents. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, Delaware State Dental Society, and Pennsylvania Dental Association.
He enjoys traveling with his family and claims to be an amateur photographer.
Meet Dr. Meg Harley
Dr. Meg Harley’s path arcs between science and art, precision and movement. She studied Biochemistry and Art History at Stonehill College, graduating as the top
Biochemistry major, then moved to Philadelphia to earn her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. After a hospital-based residency at Abington Jefferson Health, she returned to Penn for specialty training in Endodontics.
Today, Dr. Meg treats patients with both technical mastery and empathy, teaches at Penn and Jefferson, and serves on the scientific advisory board of the Journal of
Endodontics. Beyond the operatory, she channels her passion for connection as a SoulCycle instructor, leading rhythm-driven rides that challenge the body and spark joy.
She finds inspiration in art galleries, on hiking trails with her partner David and their dogs Cara and Rosie, and in every space where creativity, movement, and human connection meet.
